• Shipping: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over €150; standard fees apply otherwise. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. International customers are responsible for customs fees.

• Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
